Terms of Service

1. Who can use this

KidScreen Report is designed for parents and legal guardians of minor children. By signing up you confirm you are the parent or guardian of every child whose number you register.

2. Not a monitoring tool for adults

This service is for a parent to monitor their own minor child's device. Installing it on the phone of another adult without their consent may be illegal in your country and is a breach of these Terms.

3. Payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR). Plans are prepaid: you recharge for a month or a year. Nothing renews automatically and we never charge your card on our own. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

4. Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews. A plan runs until its end date; after that, reports stop and the app locks until you recharge. You can stop reports at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, or close your account from the delete data page.

5. Refunds

Monthly plans are non-refundable. Yearly plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase if you have not paired any phone. The details are in the Refunds & cancellation policy.

6. Availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime for the report-sending pipeline. Occasional outages of WhatsApp or Android's usage-stats API may delay a single weekly report; that is not grounds for a refund.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

8. Changes

We may change these Terms. Material changes are announced by email 14 days before they take effect.
